What we process

Account details such as email and name; the photos you upload; generated videos; job status and consent timestamps; payment status; and technical information needed for security and abuse prevention. Stripe processes card information; we do not receive full card numbers.

Why

To provide your account, create requested videos, manage credits, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data or use uploads to train our own models.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the Service and stores media privately. Neon stores account and job records. Our AI video provider (Haomao) receives short-lived links to the photos and video needed for generation. Stripe processes payments. Google processes sign-in if you choose that option. Processing by these providers is subject to their policies and may occur outside your country. Do not upload photos without the depicted adults' permission.

Retention

Face uploads expire after 6 hours. Generated videos and user-uploaded source videos expire after 7 days. Automated cleanup removes expired files; the site-owned meme template is retained separately. Save your result before it expires. Account, job, consent and payment records may be retained as needed for the account, accounting, legal obligations and abuse handling.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of account data through our contact page. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. Authentication uses essential cookies; any optional analytics must be disclosed before being enabled.
